Although probably recorded in 1899, without its original record slip or other documentation,
the lack of an "Edison" announcement could mean it was made somewhat earlier,
perhaps late 1897 or 1898.
In any case, the tuba gets a prominent role in this record:
one of my personal favorite waltz and Peerless Orchestra brown wax recordings.
