Enjoy this recording, popular in many early record company catalogs,
of a famous waltz of the late Nineteenth century (still performed today, see below)
by the prolific composer of dozens popular waltzes, Emile Waldteufel.
Estudiantina Waltz (opus no. 191) was written in 1883,
and although Waldteufel was still active in the 1890s,
by the time this recording was released in 1898 he was near retirement.
