    No. 8767, "You're [as] Welcome as the Flowers in May," is an exceedingly attractive tenor and baritone duet by Harlan and Stanley, with orchestra accompaniment.   Many will agree that this is one of the best Records in the August list.   The composition is by Dan J. Sullivan.
